Delivery

Q: Do you charge per item or for the whole order?

A: We have a standard flat rate charge for Postage and Packing, not matter how much you order at once. This is only £3.50 per order and chows up as Handling: on the checkout.

Returns

Q: If I am not 100% with the product can I return it?

A: If you are in anyway unhappy with your goods you may send them back for an exchange or full refund. Goods must be returned within 14 days, unworn. Please always obtain proof of posting from the Post Office when returning a parcel as we cannot be responsible for goods lost in transit.

Secure Payment

Q: How does the secure payment work?

A: When you get to the checkout area your order is handled by a Secure Server Layer SSL - All payment details are therefore safe and secure.

Presents

Q: I want to send my friend a present, will you deliver it directly to her?

A: Yes. At the checkout stage, you enter your address and contact details for our records, you can also enter the delivery address, so if you want to buy for somebody and have it delivered directly to them, that will not be a problem.
