At on-line ordering is simple and secure. Simply add the items you wish to buy to your shopping basket, when you are ready to checkout, you will be passed to a secure SSL to provide your payment details.

By Telephone:

Call 07787 502 175 Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm.

At other times you may leave your order on our answering machine.

By Post:

Post the completed order form with your payment to: Broody Hens, 287 Trinity Road, London SW18 3SN .

By Fax:

Fax the completed order form to 020 8875 1220.

Overseas Orders:

We welcome all orders outside the UK, please email us first for shipping arrangements.

How to Pay:

We accept Mastercard and Visa. Alternatively you can pay by cheque made payable to BROODY HENS.

Delivery:

We aim to despatch goods the next working day after receipt of order. If for any reason we are unable to deliver within 14 days we will telephone to ask if you wish to continue with your order. There is a standard rate of £3.50 for postage and packaging within the UK.

Returns:

If you are in anyway unhappy with your goods you may send them back for an exchange or full refund. Goods must be returned within 14 days, unworn. Please always obtain proof of posting from the Post Office when returning a parcel as we cannot be responsible for goods lost in transit.
